If you are under 18, please read and fully understand this agreement with your legal guardian, and download the software after obtaining the legal guardian's consent. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this agreement.
Unless you accept all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to register, log in or use (hereinafter collectively referred to as "use") "Easy4U" app or use the services of "Easy4U" in any way, or obtain the services provided by "Easy4U" software Any service.
If you use "Easy4U" software and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the service"), you are deemed to have fully understood this agreement, and you promise to accept the terms of this agreement as a party to this agreement.
The "Easy4U" software service is developed and released by Easy4U Studio. ("Easy4U, "Studio"). This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Easy4U and users regarding the "Easy4U" software service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
1. Definition
a. User: Refers to all natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations that directly or indirectly obtain and use "Easy4U" software and related services. Referred to as "user" or "you" in this agreement.
b.Easy4U: Refers to a client application legally owned and operated by the company with a legal name of "Easy4U." The company provides users with new services based on reading content and innovative reading experience.
c. The content of this agreement also includes related agreements on "Easy4U" software and related services that the company has released and may continue to release in the future, Rules, etc. Once the foregoing content is officially released and delivered to the user in an appropriate manner (site letter, system notification, etc.), it is an integral part of this agreement, and you should also comply with it. If the user does not accept the revised Terms, please stop using the service immediately, and the user continues to use the service as accepting the modified agreement.
2. Registration
A. You understand and agree that the user shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registered information; the user shall not pretend to be another person or publish any information in the name of another person; shall not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to misunderstand; otherwise, we have the right to stop providing services immediately, and you alone bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
B. You must promise and guarantee:
a) You understand and agree that the user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registered information; the user shall not impersonate others, Do not publish any information in the name of others; do not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to misunderstand; otherwise, we have the right to stop providing services immediately, and you alone bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
b) You understand and promise that the account you set up shall not violate the relevant rules of Easy4U, your account name, avatar, profile, and other registration information and other personal information shall not contain illegal and harmful information, and allow others to allow others not to use others' names (including, However, it is not limited to using other people's names, middle names, nickname, avatars and other methods that may cause confusion in the colon to create accounts, and do not maliciously register "Easy4U" accounts (including but not limited to substitution registration, batch registration of accounts, etc.). You need to abide by local laws during account registration and use.
c)The ownership and related rights and interests of your registered account in "Easy4U" belong to the company, and you only have the right to use the account after completing the registration procedures. Your account is only for your use. Without the company's written consent, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit others to use the account in any form. If the company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, the company has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account without notifying you and has the right to cancel the account without registering the account Of users bear legal responsibility. If you do not log in to "Watch Bar" for a long period of time (30 consecutive days) after registration, you confirm and agree that the company has the right to unilaterally clear the balance in the user account, initialize the account, and/or cancel the account.
d) You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password. Once you assume full legal responsibility for the activities of the army in the name of the registered account, including but not limited to any data modification, comment posting, etc., you make on "Easy4U," Operational behaviors such as budget payment. You should pay great attention to the confidentiality of your account number and password and do not disclose your account number and password to others under any circumstances. If you find that others have permitted the use of your account or any other security breaches occur, you must immediately notify the company.
e) After your account has lost or forgotten your password, you can follow the company's method to promptly request to retrieve your account or password in a timely manner. You understand and agree that the company's password retrieval mechanism only needs to identify that the individual's information is consistent with the system record data. It cannot identify whether the correct person is a real account with sufficient authority. The company especially reminds you to keep your account and password properly. When you have finished using it, you should exit safely. Your improper storage may result in account hacking or loss of passwords, and you are solely responsible.
f)If the account is stolen or lost due to your personal reasons or other force majeure factors, you are solely responsible for it, and the company does not assume any responsibility.
g）Dear users, using Piceasy may use your face data for image processing. Our products will not collect your face information.
h）Piceasy use of face information statement
1.- What face data is your app collecting?
Answer：Piceasy is essentially a picture editing and picture special effects software. After the user uploads the picture, it returns the processed picture according to the user's request. Piceasy itself does not require users to upload any face data. The image data comes from photos uploaded by users when editing.
2.- For what purposes are you collecting this information? Please provide a complete and clear explanation of all planned uses of this data.
Answer：As mentioned above, Piceasy is essentially a picture editing and picture special effects software. We will not collect any user face information. Piceasy performs background editing and processing according to the pictures uploaded by the user in order to achieve the expected effect of the user. After the user saves the picture, the data will be deleted. The picture data is only used for temporary processing and the server will not save the face data uploaded by the user.
3.- Will the data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored?
Answer：Piceasy will not share data with any third party. The pictures uploaded by users will be temporarily stored in the application's own server. After the user completes the editing operation, the server will regularly process the picture data uploaded by the user.
